Kind
of a backup mixdown machine (which really doesn't do it any justice)
but also can be used as a slap-back delay machine. Mainly used for
broadcast, like all Studers it is built like a tank and feels like
it could roll tape forever. You get a discount for using this machine
because it needs a run every so often.
Also,
the built in speaker is fantastic for checking mixes with it's Shane
Warne-like fidelity.
